With no mental picture in mind, you need to walk over to the two elevators, and push each button. One should open sooner then the other. The two people that walk out will be your "spirit guides". They will be there to give you moral support, a hug if you need one, someone to talk to, and will play a very large part in self-healing. Here again, do NOT get a mental picture, just let them show up as who they are.
Answar, my guide, has two different ways he works on me, sometimes he uses one, and another time he may use the other method. Each time I lay on the massage table on my back or stomach. Sometimes he will move his hands over my body about an inch or two higher, but never touching me. He moves them in various directions starting at the top of my head and working down towards my toes. If there are any viruses, or anything that is inside of me that shouldn't be, he will pause and work on that area a little longer. As he proceeds down my body, I can feel the warmth of his hands and the energy in my body going down and out my feet.
Another way he works on me is by using a "health" light that starts at the top of my head and works downward to my toes. When the health light is used, it feels like there is a wind inside of me that I can feel moving around and around until it exists my feet.
I can truthfully say that I do not get colds, bronchitis, the flu or other illnesses that most people complain about since I started this program. I am now 68 years old and am full of energy and healthier and more active then most people my age.
